How does it work?

1 · Diagnosis: we assess your system’s condition: electrical conductivity, pH and total hardness (°dH).
2 · Cleaning: non-toxic, biodegradable Sanol detaches rust and sludge particles from pipe and radiator surfaces, including blocked underfloor-heating circuits.
3 · Final flush and fill: the system is flushed thoroughly and filled with VDI 2035-quality water; permanent protection is installed.

Risks

Water quality is the foundation of everything

Poor circulating water is the number one cause of falling efficiency, noise problems and premature equipment failure.

Sludge and corrosion

Dissolved oxygen and impurities generate sludge in the system, which blocks valves, radiators and heat exchangers and significantly reduces heat transfer.

The warranty can lapse

Many equipment manufacturers, heat pump suppliers among them, require the water quality to comply with the standards (VDI 2035 in particular) for the warranty to remain valid.

Insurance compensation falls with age

Compensation for a leak is reduced according to the age of the pipework: typically 25–30 % once the pipework is over 30–34 years old and 50–60 % once it is over 50 years old.

The heart of the system

Clean first, then protect permanently

Elysator works in two stages: the minerals are removed from the water, after which four chemical-free protection mechanisms keep the circuit clean. The installation needs no electricity and the system is self-regulating.

Removes oxygen and stabilises the pH into a non-corrosive range, which forms a protective internal film on the surfaces.

Microbubble removal

Removes gases and oxygen, which prevents corrosion and noise problems.

Magnetic filtration

Efficiently collects magnetic particles and sludge.

Particle filtration

Filters out impurities such as sand and sealant residues.

The result: circulating water of VDI 2035 quality, with no scaling, sludge or corrosion.

A lower flow temperature raises the heat pump efficiency, heat recovery cuts the ventilation losses and clean circulating water prevents the performance from degrading. Together these show up in the E-value.
