PPEcoforte® is a three-layer buried sewer system made of high-modulus polypropylene (PP-HM) for non-pressure waste and combined water drainage, buried inside and outside the building (UNI EN 13476-2). The outer layer is UV-stabilised and the smooth bore ensures optimal flow.

Applications: Buried gravity sewers for buildings and municipal networks, for domestic wastewater (grey, black and combined) and agricultural wastewater. The system consists of UD-class structural pipes and fittings to UNI EN 13476:2018, suitable for buried drainage inside and outside buildings.

Polimask™

Patented watertight entry system for cable-duct inspection chambers

Polimask™ is Valsir's patented system for building inspection chambers for multi-duct cable packages. The polypropylene mask aligns the ducts and acts as a casting mould during concreting. The duct penetrations, alignment and watertight sealing are achieved in the same work stage as the chamber is cast.

Aquanest is Valsir's infiltration and attenuation cell system for efficient and sustainable stormwater management (SuDS). Cloudburst runoff is infiltrated, attenuated and discharged in a controlled way. The cells are made from a blend of recycled polypropylene and mineral fillers, and are 100% recyclable at the end of their service life.

Aquanest suits stormwater infiltration and attenuation structures in yard, street and district construction, such as infiltration fields and attenuation basins. The system helps prevent urban flooding and reduces the load on the stormwater network. Thanks to the stackable structure, one 70 m³ load covers up to 400 m³ of cells, which makes transport more efficient and cuts logistics costs.

Product information
  • Protection and reduced evaporation: Floating modules cover basins and slurry tanks, reduce water evaporation and prevent the growth of algae, bacteria and harmful organisms.
  • Emission reduction: Cuts ammonia (NH₃) and methane (CH₄) emissions and supports compliance with BAT (Best Available Techniques) requirements.
  • Light and durable construction: The three-layer PE-HD structure is blow moulded, which reduces material use by up to 70 % compared with injection moulding
  • Stable buoyancy: The module interior acts as water ballast, and the hexagonal flotation chamber makes the structure unsinkable.
